Outbound Triage Advisor

On Medical are currently recruiting for a number of Outbound Triage Advisors to join our expanding rehabilitation team.

The core business hours will be from 8.00 until 20.00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing outbound support and assistance to our dedicated rehabilitation team. Your duties will include:

  • Working in a paperless environment, you will be processing confidential documentation received from both Solicitors and Medical Experts.
  • Outbound dialling, completing non-clinical physiotherapy triage successfully carried out by asking scripted questions.
  • You will be required to record captured information within the Case Management System.
  • Providing excellent customer service and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Operations Manager and/or Team Senior.
  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
