You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support. Your duties will include:
Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
Filing and photocopying
Creating electronic patient files, booking appointments via telephone
Processing incoming medical reports
Deliveries – banking/post office runs
Training to become a Customer Service Administrator
Ad hoc duties as and when required

Excellent communication skills
Organisational and time management skills
Good ICT knowledge
A willingness to learn administrative skills in a professional environment
Five GCSEs at grades A-C
