The role involves contacting clients referred to us as part of our national medico-legal rehabilitation service to carry out an assessment of their injuries, including screening for any serious pathology / red flags, identifying rehabilitation needs, and providing the instructing party with a summary report. You will work closely with our rehabilitation administration team who are responsible for sourcing a convenient clinic location from our national network and all associated administration.
The role will suit physiotherapists, paramedics, or nurses who have a keen interest in the management of musculoskeletal and psychological injuries which result from a traumatic event such as a road traffic collision or accident at work. Find out more.
A position is available to an enthusiastic apprentice who will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service. During your first year we will continually evaluate your progress and begin training that will provide an opportunity of progressing to a Customer Service Administrator role. Find out more.
The primary responsibility of this role would be to deal with a variety of administration and case progression activities. Working under supervision and using your own initiative you will predominantly be working on cases received from instructing solicitors for physiotherapy and psychological therapy.
