I think we can all agree, having navigated 2020, that a national lockdown is not the start to 2021 we had hoped for!!

Following the announcement last night regarding the latest national lockdown, we write to advise the position On Medical will adopt having reviewed the Guidance. Please note that this may change should there be additional guidance published.
We have reviewed our current caseload for the next 6 weeks and, where an appointment has been booked on a Face-to-Face basis, we are already liaising with the Client, the Medical Expert and yourselves, to either rearrange or move to a virtual appointment where appropriate. You will be pleased to learn that this number of cases is, by percentage, very low and we anticipate being able to complete this exercise by the close of business today. This process will be undertaken for all case types and for all instructing parties.
In light of the above, we do not anticipate any significant disruption to our service levels, and you will continue to receive the same high levels of service you are accustomed to.
Physiotherapy Treatments continue to be provided on both a Face-to-Face and Remote basis and we are continually checking guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Again, we do not anticipate significant disruption to the service levels.
Naturally, our primary goal is to ensure that we deliver the service that is right for both your firm and your client, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a more bespoke requirement.
We are 100% staffed with full system and telephony services available to all clients.
