As you are aware, On Medical’s staff have now been back in the office for nine weeks and we have seen significant improvements in service as a result of this decisive and early action. We have also been in a position to liaise extensively with our expert and rehab panel to ensure we are able to provide both remote and face-to-face appointments all within our agreed SLA’s.
During this period we cannot thank you enough for your continued support and we hope our efforts have facilitated a quick and comprehensive claims process for both your fee earners and your clients.
We are delighted to advise that we now have full national coverage for face-to-face appointments across the majority of our clinical disciplines. Below is our current heat map detailing coverage for your information and this will increase every day as more experts and clinics become available.
This extensive coverage has already allowed us to process over 65% of matters that were on hold as a result of clients declining remote appointments as they preferred a face-to-face consultation. We anticipate having the bulk of the remainder allocated in the coming days.
