On Medical 24/7 is delighted to offer Sophie Hartley her next career step with a promotion to the role of Team Leader.
After five years at the company, Sophie has risen from Rehabilitation Administrator to Team Senior before making the next move to Team Leader.
That progression hasn’t gone unnoticed by management or Sophie herself.
“When I started here, I was still studying at university, so I feel like I’ve grown a lot since,” she said.
“On Medical has given me so many opportunities which have helped me develop skills which are helpful, not only within the workplace but outside of it too.
“I’m proud to work for On Medical and for their ability to adapt to new situations. The company has grown so much in my time here and continues to do so.
“We have such a good team across the business which makes for a good working environment!”
Keen to thank her managers for supporting this progression in her career, Sophie is determined to celebrate, but in a much more low-key fashion than she might have liked!
“A takeaway is about as exciting as it gets!” she added.
“I’m very excited to begin my new role and grateful for the opportunity; working with such amazing people is one of the things I enjoy most about my role.
“As for the future, I am hoping to continually improve my personal development and build a successful and committed new team.”
Her line manager Kelven Oxberry said; “Sophie has been with On Medical for five years and has shown commitment and willingness to develop both personally and professionally from day one.
“Sophie excelled in her previous role as Team Senior and took on a trial as Team Leader with ease. Sophie has now moved into a Team Leader role specifically looking after one of the biggest contracts we have recently gained in the Atlanta Group.
“Well done Sophie!”
