Margaret Robinson
Business Manager
I was lucky to be one of the original team of 4 when we opened the original clinic in Oct 2006. I have developed and increased the team to 25 in 2 1/2 years of business. Responsibility for creating and achieving new projects which promote our service is an important part of my role. I manage, develop and run the clinic overseeing the growth of the company and the team.
Dislikes - people who don't co ordinate their outfits, horror movies and lazy people.
Jackie Hall
Assistant Manager
I joined the clinic in 2007 as Receptionist and in a relatively short space of time have progressed to Assistant Manager. My duties are to oversee the Administration Team and generally support staff with their day to day duties. I also keep up to date records of over time worked, time off, holidays and sickness.
Dislikes - Bad manners & untidiness.
Ryan Hogben
Operations Manager
In my role as Operations Manager I was brought into oversee the day to day running of the secretarial team, to help streamline the service we provide and bring new ideas and smarter ways of working. Along with Margaret, I am also involved with sales side of the business. Helping promote the clinic and expanding the business as we look to move forward and establish ourselves as a market leader in the medico legal, treatment and rehabilitation sector.
Dislikes - Lazy people and Hangovers.
Shirin Lajevardi
Physiotherapy Manager
I, like Margaret was one of the original team of four. I co-ordinate the physiotherapy service we offer today and now we have seven full time physiotherapists on board. The service now has the luxury of a purpose built clinic and therefore we have expanded our services, in particular we have a rehabilitation gym.
Dislikes - rudeness, bad drivers, things that smell bad.
Amy Cook
Head Receptionist
I was appointed the role of Head Receptionist in April 2009. I manager a team of 4 reception staff; which are split into two departments- Medical and Physiotherapy. I arrange and organize physiotherapy treatment for clients throughout the UK referred by solicitors or who contacted On Medical privately. Within my role I deal with general queries, organize and over see the running of the Reception desk and the service my team offer to all our clients. Visitors to On Medical are assured of a warm welcome by the whole team.
Dislikes - Mexican food, football and being late!
