As soon as you contact On Medical Ltd an appointment will be allocated for your client's assessment with the appropriate Medical Expert. Here at On Medical we have a full range of medical experts available to attend to all your clients needs. Our newly refurbished clinic accommodates all your clients’ needs.
All our experts use digital dictation allowing them to dictate and download reports directly to our secretarial services whilst in clinic. These reports are typed while the Expert is still on site and signed ready for dispatch to the Solicitor.
The efficiency of our process enables us, at present, to dispatch a report within 4-6 weeks of receiving instructions. For the occasion when you have a tighter deadline please let us know and we will happily assign your job to our 'Fast Track' service.
Our Clients can be seen and the report delivered to the solicitor within 24 hours in some cases. Our view is that the fast turnover is of significant value to both Patients and Solicitors instructing them.
If your client requires physiotherapy and rehabilitation service this can be arranged while your client visits our clinic.
Our On Medical Ltd leaflets are available on request for your perusal along with our Patient Leaflet. The Patient leaflet will be sent to your claimant prior to appointment so they are reassured and know what to expect on the day.
